Yesenia brings nearly two decades of experience in customer service and back office administration to her role as Customer Support Representative at Preferred Depot. Having worked in various customer service roles throughout her career, Yesenia acquired particular expertise handling high-volume call centers, identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction, operating multiple software platforms and processing orders. Yesenia is deeply committed to ensuring a successful outcome for every client she works with and every Preferred Depot client she supports. Yesenia is fluent in Spanish.
Prior to joining Preferred Depot, Yesenia worked as a Production Coordinator for World Marketing in Atlanta and as an Order Processor for Towne All Points Direct Marketing and Fulfillment, where she handled accounts for well-known international brands including Nespresso.
