Isaac Elkah

CEO & Founder

Isaac brings 20 years of managerial experience in operations and customer service, as well as a substantial technical background. A veteran of the fast-paced Israeli high-tech industry, Isaac prides himself on his ability to rapidly navigate emerging opportunities and to identify creative and constructive solutions for his clients.  He has a proven track record of successfully running operations and customer support in Europe, Latin America, the U.S. and Canada.

Twice relocated to the U.S. by public companies, he began his career in New York as the Director of Technical Support for CMT Medical, a leading provider of advanced digital X-ray imaging systems. Isaac later served as both the Vice President of Customer Retention and Director of Service at Syneron Medical, a leading provider of aesthetic medical laser devices, where he oversaw and managed the day-to-day operations of the company’s North American depot and call centers. Most recently, Isaac served as the Vice President of Operations and Customer Service, North America, for Viora Medical, where he implemented new processes and procedures to prepare the company for launching new products in the U.S.

Rachel Elkah

Co-Founder, General Counsel & GM

Rachel is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and general management of the company. She maintains responsibility for formulating policies and strategic plans for future growth and overseeing the daily operations of personnel, purchasing, and all administrative functions, including quality and regulatory compliance (ISO, FDA, ITAR).

 

An experienced commercial litigator, Rachel brings her broad legal knowledge to bear handling both internal legal affairs and advising client companies on the full spectrum of legal, business and regulatory issues related to the manufacturing, distribution, as well as marketing and promotion of products new to the U.S. market.

 

Rachel graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and received her Juris Doctor from The UCLA School of Law in 2003. Upon graduating from law school, she joined the litigation department of Loeb and Loeb LLP, one of the premier law firms in the business and entertainment industries. Rachel later joined the global litigation department at Howrey LLP, where she expanded her practice to include both trademark and insurance litigation. Rachel has extensive experience litigating complex contractual disputes and intellectual property matters.

Arie Shen

Business Development

Arie has created a diverse and successful career growing companies and leveraging business opportunities. Arie’s international background, experience and training have successfully guided a broad range of companies, including B2B, B2C and non-profit organizations. He is passionate about management in all its aspects: social, psychological, process, leadership (both inward and outward facing), employees and org. functional hierarchy.

Arie has developed a rich career in managing company ecosystems with suppliers, VARS, customers, advocates and regulators. His business development skills and sales acumen allow him to identify emerging opportunities and negotiate unique positions for success in multiple markets, including high-tech, biotech, green-tech and consumer products. His technical skills, operational management and creative thinking address employer needs in operations, supply chain issues, marketing and sales.

During more than a decade as an executive manager for publicly traded companies, Arie has managed technical professional services and ran P&L operations with sales responsibility. He has operated in many Fortune 1000 sectors, local and federal governments and businesses in the insurance, manufacturing, aerospace, financial, healthcare, sales and marketing, distribution and retail arenas. Arie’s projects and sales experience has spanned the Americas, Europe and EMEA.

Paul Trujillo

Regulatory & Quality Assurance

Paul has more than 25 years of supervisory and managerial experience working with medical device companies, primarily dealing with product related processes, quality system and compliance issues related to FDA and international requirements and regulations.

 

His industry specialization includes 28 years working primarily with IVD’s and medical devices, with an emphasis on problem solving, resolution of compliance and enforcement issues, as well as conducting internal and external audits to assure conformance with established guidance and regulatory requirements, both domestically and internationally. An accomplished auditor and quality assurance expert, Paul boasts extensive international experience with compliance to ISO standards in assessing medical devices and quality control systems. During his long and distinguished career in the field, Paul has handled all phases of regulatory and quality assurance compliance for both start-ups and leading medical device manufacturers, where he has been responsible for implementing best practices for SPC, CAPA, Risk Analysis, Environmental control for manufacturing and full Quality Systems.

Seth Anderson

Operations Manager

Seth Anderson has more than two decades of experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. He has served in a variety of operational and management positions across a range of industries including medical device, electronics, and publishing. While at Llewellyn Worldwide Ltd., he oversaw all shipments and inventory control for over 50,000 sq. ft. of warehouse and 20 employees. He collaborated with and supported the Customer Service and IT departments in overseeing up to 20 million dollars annually in equipment and supplies shipped worldwide to support a wide range of projects. 

 

As Operations Manager for PD, Seth’s responsibilities include supply chain management, inventory control, forecasting/ERP, transportation logistics, and strategic planning. He provides both leadership and strategic support to multiple departments, through sales, technical support, customer service and vendor relationships. Incorporating lean principles/methods and continuous improvement initiatives, Seth strives to ensure optimal performance and to maximize efficiency and productivity of the organization’s logistics and technical activities.

Yesenia Torres

Customer Service

Yesenia brings nearly two decades of experience in customer service and back office administration to her role as Customer Support Representative at Preferred Depot. Having worked in various customer service roles throughout her career, Yesenia acquired particular expertise handling high-volume call centers, identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction, operating multiple software platforms and processing orders. Yesenia is deeply committed to ensuring a successful outcome for every client she works with and every Preferred Depot client she supports. Yesenia is fluent in Spanish. 

Prior to joining Preferred Depot, Yesenia worked as a Production Coordinator for World Marketing in Atlanta and as an Order Processor for Towne All Points Direct Marketing and Fulfillment, where she handled accounts for well-known international brands including Nespresso.

Crystal Cisneros

Crystal Cisneros is an experienced sales and customer service associate dedicated to providing the highest level of service at all customer touchpoints.  A key member of our back-office team, Crystal is responsible for handling inbound inquiries through multiple channels, as well as providing administrative assistance and general support to our sales, operations, and finance departments.

 

Prior to joining PD, Crystal served as a technical support agent and recruiter for Advantage Solutions, a leading sales and marketing agency serving the consumer packaged goods industry (Costco, Walmart). Crystal is fluent in English and Spanish.

Ann Burke

Ann joined the Preferred Depot team in early 2019. As our Client Service Specialist, Ann serves as a key liaison between our team, clients, and vendors and provides daily hands-on service to clients large and small, offering timely, creative solutions to meet their needs.

 

Ann earned several years of experience working in Customer Service Management in the Retail as well as the Medical Industry.

Patrick Jerrentrup

Marketing

Patrick is involved in all stages of marketing campaign for the company. He supports the marketing team in managing all of the company´s content related assets, assists in advertising and promotional activities, collects data from marketing campaigns as well as performs market analysis and research on competition. In addition, Patrick is responsible for creating and executing new marketing strategies as well as working hand-in-hand with our strategic partners aimed at increasing the company´s current growth and activity in the European market.

 

Patrick earned his Bachelor´s Degree in Management and Economics and is currently pursuing his MBA focused in Business Administration and Management at the University of Osnabrueck in Germany and brings among others, expertise in marketing and finance related data analysis, auditing and customer management.

Can Kulunyar

As a graduate of UC Irvine’s Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship Program, Can is responsible for managing the company’s marketing assets and interfacing with our clients´ US customers regarding their products and services. Prior to completing his graduate education in the US, Can earned his Bachelor´s Degree in Management at Sabanci University in Istanbul. 

 

Can has previously held marketing positions at DOGUS Marketing and Shaya Group, the largest operator of STARBUCKS franchises in the Middle East.

Fabian Jogiel

Technical Support

Fabian is a key member of Preferred Depot’s technical support team. He brings more than 30 years of experience in both complex logistics and engineering across a broad range of industry segments ranging from industrial manufacturing and consumer electronics to wholesale distribution for multi-national brands such as Walmart and Costco.

Prior to joining Preferred Depot, Fabian worked as a Facilities Manager for Sohnen Enterprises, where he managed all operations for multiple warehouses totaling 600,000 sq. ft. and supervised more than 200 employees.

Previously, Fabian served as a Lab Technician and Supervisor for Calibration Standards Laboratories, where he was responsible for calibration and repair of high-end test equipment, working directly with manufacturers such as Hewlett Packard and Tektronix.

A veteran of the Israeli Air Force, Fabian speaks fluent Hebrew and Spanish.
