Responsible for leading by example a team of warehouse associates for picking, packing, processing, and shipping orders. Receive, input, sort, load, and unload products while improving warehousing, logistical and inventory control operations to achieve the company goals and objectives as part of supporting the operations team.

Responsibilities

​

• Supervise the warehouse operation in compliance with company’s policies and vision.

• Oversee and take an active part of the day-to-day orders and shipping process to ensure all orders are assembled in an accurate and timely manner.

• Responsible for correct receiving, distributing and warehousing allocation.

• Investigate inventory divergence, resolve issues, and update the database accordingly.

• Support the warehouse layout structure and ensure efficient space utilization.

• Supervise and control inventory levels and participate in physical counts, while reconciling with data storage systems.

• Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.

• Maintain warehouse standards of health, safety, and security.

Desired skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a customer support role preferred

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

• Leadership work experience in a warehouse

• Computer skills

• ERP applications

• Utmost communication and teamwork skills

• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

• High school degree
